According to OUG 34/2014, most products sold ONLINE can be returned within 14 calendar days.

General conditions for returning products:

1. Products purchased through the MALLDECO website can be returned within 14 calendar days from receiving the package. 
2. Products to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were received, in the original packaging, accompanied by the original product label and a copy of the invoice. Products that have been damaged as a result of improper handling by the Buyer, have been used for purposes other than those for which they were created or according to the manufacturer/distributor's instructions, or have been custom ordered cannot be returned. 
3. Shipping costs are fully borne by the Customer. 
4. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR PRODUCTS THAT WERE BROUGHT ON SPECIAL ORDER (PHOTO WALLPAPER), AND FOR PRODUCTS SOLD BY THE METRE (SELF-ADHESIVE FOIL, TILES REPLACEMENT, ETC)

 
How can I return a product?

1. To return a product, you must complete the product return form. 
2. After you send the return request, we will send you the return procedure by email. 
3. After you have received the confirmation by email, you must send us the products with any express courier company, the shipping payment being borne by the sender. If a parcel is sent with payment of the transport to the Recipient, we have the right to retain the value of the transport from the amount that we must return. All products must be properly packaged (in protective foil). 
4. Address where you can send the products in case of return: Bucharest Sector 6, Strada Valea Cascadelor, No. 21, Depozitul No. 4, Etaj 1. 
5. The returned products must be in perfect condition at the time of collection by MALLDECO, otherwise the parcel may be refused. 
6. After checking the products, if they are found to be intact, within 14 calendar days, their value will be transferred to the bank account provided by the Client. 
ATTENTION!! We do not accept any returned products for which the product return form has not been completed.
