Product return

According to GEO 34/2014, most products sold ONLINE can be returned within 14 calendar days.

General conditions for returning products:

1. Products purchased through the MALLDECO website can be returned within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the parcel.
2. Products to be returned must be in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, accompanied by the original product label and a copy of the invoice. Products cannot be returned if they have been damaged due to improper handling by the Buyer, used for purposes other than those for which they were created or according to the manufacturer’s/distributor’s instructions, or were custom ordered.
3. Transport costs are fully borne by the Client.
4. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN BROUGHT IN BY SPECIAL ORDER, AND FOR PRODUCTS SOLD BY THE METER (SELF-ADHESIVE FOIL, TILE SUBSTITUTE, ETC)


How can I return a product?

1. To return a product you must complete the product return form.
2. After you send the return request, we will send the return procedure by email.
3. After you have received the confirmation by email, you must send us the products with any fast courier company, the transport costs being borne by the sender. If a parcel is sent with transport costs payable by the Recipient, we have the right to withhold the transport cost from the amount we have to refund. All products must be properly packaged (in protective foil).
4. Address where you can send the products in case of return: Bucharest Sector 6, Strada Valea Cascadelor, Nr.21, Warehouse No.4, Floor 1.
5. Returned products must be in perfect condition when received by MALLDECO, otherwise the parcel may be refused.
6. After checking the products, if they are found intact, within 14 calendar days, their value will be transferred to the bank account provided by the Client.


ATTENTION!! We do not accept any returned product for which the product return form has not been completed.

Product payment

Product price and payment methods.
- Products displayed on the website www.malldeco.com include 19% VAT.
- The product price and payment method are specified in each Order. Upon delivery the buyer receives an invoice for the products purchased from MallDeco. This will also be sent by email if the buyer provides an email address in his account.

Payment methods.
To purchase products from the malldeco.com website, you can choose one of these 3 payment methods:
- Cash on delivery
- Bank transfer
- Online by bank card

1. CASH ON DELIVERY
This method means that when the courier company delivers the ordered products, you will pay the amount corresponding to the order, displayed at the time of order confirmation. This amount will also be shown on the invoice accompanying the goods.

2. BANK TRANSFER
- Select the desired products
- Choose the method "Payment by bank transfer"
- Place the order.
- Check your email. For the fastest possible delivery of products, we recommend making the payment within 48 hours of receiving the proforma invoice by email.

3. ONLINE BY BANK CARD
- Online payment is made under maximum security conditions.
- Accepted payment cards are VISA and MASTERCARD.
- The Buyer’s card details will not be accessible or stored by the website www.malldeco.com.
